6 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
¼ teaspoon vanilla
1 pint heavy cream (whipped
1 pint milk
1 ½ cups bourbon whiskey
½ cup rum

Beat 6 egg whites till stiff.
Beat in ¼ cup sugar
Combine:
6 egg yolks
½ cup sugar
¼ teaspoon vanilla
and beat till light
Thoroughly blend egg mixtures
Add:
1 pint heavy cream (whipped
1 pint milk
1 ½ cups bourbon whiskey
Beat well
Add:
½ cup rum
Pour into large container (I gallon jug) and shake thoroughly before serving.
Sprinkle with nutmeg
